Pets on the Beach? -- Pets are not permitted on the beach, except for residents with a permit. However, there is a free Bark Park located on J.D. Miller Road off of Highway 98 just a little west of Hwy. 331.
Are bonfires permitted on the beaches? -- Yes, call the Walton County Fire District at 850-267-1298 to obtain a permit, burn barrel and other guidelines to proceed with having a bonfire on the beach.
